1996年　高校時代に、アメリカへホームステイ
　　　 　 以降2001年までに、数度のショートステイ
1998年　熊本県立大学入学（英語英米文学科）
2001年　米国モンタナ州大学に1年間留学
2003年　熊本県立大学卒業（中学高校教諭免許取得）
2003年　私立尚絅高等学校で、英語教諭として教壇に
2008年　同校退職、オーストラリア・シドニーに留学
2009年　熊本市新町にて、英語スクール開設
2009年　実用英語技能検定(英検)１級取得
2009年　結婚し、西村から荒瀬へ。一児の母に。
2010年　私立慶誠高校で、英語教諭として再び教壇へ。
2011年　同校を出産の為退職。２児の母へ。
2011年　緊急欠員で、再び私立尚絅高等学校で、英語教諭として教壇へ。
